PC and Console Accounts
So is it my understanding that I missed the pc to console transfer/ copy of account and characters? Or Am I still able to do this? I've had the PC version since last December. I never received an email about console information either.

No, they announced that the console release was delayed and then came out with it and stated for those that wanted to, if they bought the pc version at that time all of their progress would transfer to console. Not just for "day-oners" of PC. If you knew of the delay, you also knew of the ability to transfer. It was everywhere.
