Racial motifs 15 ?

I got a purple racial motifs 15, Chapter 4: Dwemer Bows.

I'm wonder is it worth alot and if so should I sell it or use it ?

Any advice would be great I'm playing on Ps4 EU sever incase that makes a difference.

I'm level 15 how would I go around selling it if I wanted too ?

If you're in a guild, that's the best way to go I THINK. I haven't joined a guild and im only a level 11, but when I find guild traders they always seem like the place to go for selling to other players.
