    It is used to make a purple glyph, you can sell it or keep it and hoarse these until you are high level and want to use them ;)

    Sorry, not sure what they are worth (I'm assuming you are on console). Maybe go look at some guild traders and see what people are selling them for

    The legendaries you may want to save for sure, until later one. You will want them at later levels
