Speed crafting ?

I feel like I spend all this time gathering a bunch of jute/hides to make stuff and my level goes up just a smudge. Is there a trick to leveling quicker? Where can I find the items I need more efficiently other than just riding around and finding them. Can I train on some mob that have frequent drops?

Twin up with someone doing the same thing.
Each of you then make items; then trade to each other.
You will gain higher amounts of inspiration by deconstructing items that you have not made.
As well, deconstruct every drop item that you are not using. It's tempting to sell them for gold, but it's a choice you will have to make.

Creating items isn't an efficient way to level up crafting (with the obvious exception of alchemy and provisioning), the most XP comes from deconstruction, especially items crafted by someone else.

Yea it depends what you want more in regards to deconstructing every item you pick up you don't want,
I sell them in my guild vendor and made nearly 11.000 coin in a day....over time you will rank up blacksmith quicker and quicker as you rely on it more and make better stuff.

The one tip I would give is that Items that you have never deconstructed before give a large boost the first time you dc them same is to be said with the different races armour.
