STOP THE BELL!!!! Please!!!! I am going mad!

In the upper right corner it keeps saying "Voice Channel change to area" non stop over and over and over. I can't make it stop, I checked all my settings. I tried to change my turtle beaches but the only with no volume will the bells stop. Any advice or some thing I missed?

    Log out log back in thats how i fixed mine.

    yeah i actually had to close my entire game to get it to stop
