Guess i just ruined my character constently getting *** by guards (cant do any quests without being 2-4 shotted) any kind players on PS4 would lend me 7k i kinda accidently attacked wrong targets and ended up with 6k bounty

just AFK somewhere for like 3 ~ 4 hours or do quests without going to a main town where theirs guards, and your bouty would be goneI'm outta here1 -
Knaxia✭✭✭bounty clears with time even when offline (well at least on PC, should be the same on consoles). Just make an alt and play that one while the bounty clears up by itself.
You could also go away from any town and just grind on random mobs in the field.1 -

First off, if you have 7K bounty, and you need to get rid of it, follow the following procedure:
Step 1: Stay away from guards, and do some delves or other such stuff. If you attack mobs within 2-4 levels of your level, you should get gold, which can help pay down the bounty
Step 2: Go to your settings and turn on the option to prevent attacking innocents. If you can't do so with a bounty, I hope ZOS both has a valid excuse and has a lot of flame resistance.
Step 3: In regards to the character in question, did you commit those crimes yourself? Or did you acquire that bounty while you were sleeping? If you acquired that bounty with no recent memory of crimes committed, I think you might want to contact Customer Support so they can see if your account's been compromised. If you know you committed those crimes yourself, skip to Step 4.
Step 4: When you can afford to pay off your bounty and your threat meter is low enough that you won't get any guards attacking you, approach a guard and pay it off. However, if you have high latency, just wait until bounty is cleared, because you only have 20 seconds to pay it before they attack you.If you can't handle the heat...stay out of the kitchen!1 -

of course, make sure you change the settings so you can't attack innocents

Alp2760✭✭I let my 6 year old run around for a bit while I was doing some tidying. Ended up coming back to like a 3k bounty. Just did missions in uninhabited areas, was easy to get rid of.

Your character has to be online I believe. Your bounty will not go down in real time, only online time.
Honestly this is something you're just going to have to deal with and learn from. This is one of the very few consequences for ones actions in ESO, and it's a very good one. Others have given you plenty of good advice what to do. In the long run 3-4 hours is not very long, especially not from an MMO point of view. Just think of it as a life-lesson, you'll get past it in a day or two, worry not If you can be anything, be kind.0 -

No, I believe it will go down in real time. Im almost certain it has for me... I think the problem is the amount is so high. I have heard it goes down approx 400 gold per hour so it can take a while for 7000 bounty to disappear..

If one does find that in an moment of joker-inspired madness they racked up a hefty bounty...
One can always stay away from towns, find dwelves, and hunt monsters for loot (remember, the outlaw refugee also has a merchant to sell non-stolen stuff to) to help get your bounty fee together.
And after level 10, there is cyrodil, where the law never comes, and all thieves, robbers and murderers will be welcome to turn their criminal activities to the enemy...
And finally, there is the option of making an alt in another alliance, and play that one until the law forgets about your mains misdeeds if one chooses so.
There, three options to deal with bounties...0
