Crystal frag proc...
Does the Crystal frag proc only happen if you are using it on the specific bar/weapon slot ?
Eg. Weapon bar 1 I have crystal frag on it and if I use another spell on the same bar, there is a chance to proc crystal frag...
Yet if I use weapon bar 2 (which does not have crystal frag on it) the spells on that bar cannot proc the crystal frag...
Is this correct?
