Aldmeri Dominion: Vulkhel guard (at the crafting stations square, enter the building named the handy havesack and talk to Quararon)
ebonheart pact: Davon's Watch (the stand that sells inventory psaces is Genuine Auroch-Hide Bags — A market stand owned by the pack merchant Adjold, it is in Davon's Watch Market District.)
Daggerfall Convenant: Daggerfall (at trademan's square look for Nurisipa)
