Yes, each zone has one of each, however after completing the group dungeon you can access the other two faction's dungeons. It's worth doing all 3 when you're the right level for the skill points and general dungeon experience.

Yeah ive done the first 3 and all the factions, on a website i found it says there is 7 public dungeons in shadowfen alone, so i think theres only 1 group dungeon per section

Shadowfen has 6 delves, 1 public dungeon and 1 group dungeon.

Some of the posters are very particular about what you call each type of dungeon.

There is a "delve" which is designed to be soloed, but is publicly available. This is most of the dungeons you will encounter.

There is the "public dungeon" which is publicly available but designed for a group (a good player can solo it). There is one of these per map. There are usually 2 quests for each of these dungeons, 5-7 boss mobs to kill which will yield achievements, and 1 group challenge which will yield a skill point (group challenge is usually a bunch of trash mobs that when killed trigger a boss mob spawn).

There is the "group dungeon" which is designed for a group of 4 and instanced to that group (a separate version of it is created for every group that enters). These have a quest associated with them that will get you a skill point, and will scale from a minimum level to party leaders level. Once you get far enough, these dungeon also have normal \ veteran modes, the veteran mode being a bit tougher.
