It is noticeable? Its worth it?

    It has 3 levels.

    From what I saw... It is a very noticeable passive that lets a D-Knight heal itself without pots. Probably most useful in PvE though.

    Pots = Potions.

    It's 10% chance to recover 6% maximum health (with no CD) with every melee attacks, and it also works with the Assault Skill : Caltrops

    So yes, it's pretty noticeable.

    With Caltrops it really does make a difference. If you look at the area it covers, with 10 enemies standing in it, which means (theoretical) every second you get healed for that amount. Which is basically a HoT.

    But even with melee attacks it's noticable, but I don't think you should rely on it imo.
