High Elf Sorceror Build ( Help )

Pretty new to the game but, I love being a Sorceror. any tips for which skills I should use? I'd like a destruction staff build and a Restoration Staff build for my second bar. Thanks guys

Early in the game you should work on levelling up, you can worry about your build later - lots of different builds work, and Zos often changes up skills so the best ones change. Aim to get every skill to at least morph point.

You want to keep at least one skill from each tree on your bar to level up those trees. Make sure you have a point in persuasion and intimidation as soon as possible. Putting weapon skills on your bar will level your chosen weapon faster. Even if you haven't unlocked weapon swap yet, you can level a second weapon by putting one of its skills on your bar (you just won't be able to use the skill)

Don't worry about your choices too much. Try everything out, see what works for you. Respec is cheap

Pretty much as above. But if you want skills to help a low level player. Consider your summon from the daedric tree. Having something to tank while you focus on damage is useful at low levels. Mage's Fury is your execute button for low health targets so take that.

Most of your damage is going to come from your weapon for starters though, so really just get a skill from each tree to put on your bar so you are unlocking more skills and passives to put skill points into later.

Remember: you don't have to use a skill to get XP for it, so even if you don't use the ability put it on your bar for quest hand ins to level it up. This is much easier once you unlock the secondary bar. You can just switch to bar 2 for quest hand ins so those abilities all get points.
