My team has been experiencing almost constant lag for two hours now. Crashed, disconnects, and queues are gone... but the long delay on every action is new as is the characters skipping around.
End the tedious inventory management game.

The game is extremely laggy for me right now as well. I'm in a solo dungeon in the Fighter's Guild questline, so I know it's not from too many others around.1
