Joining a guild would definitely help you out. There is a forum specific to the PS4 NA server where many guilds promote their guilds (Including Lone Wolf Help)

As well, a more specific thread title may help draw people in - such as [PS4][NA] Looking for dungeon/questing groups

And one last thing, for dungeons, are you aware there is also a built in grouping tool? If not let me know and I can do my best to explain how to get to it
