Sword and Bow at same time?

Can you weild a sword and a bow on your person at the same time? Skyrim use to let you have a sword and now on your back at the same time, I think it's different in this game? If you wield a bow, you can only have the bow?

    At lvl 15, you will get Weapon Swap which will allow you to equip another weapon and skill bar to go with it.

    Prior to level 15 you can go into your inventory and switch from sword, to bow, to any other weapon.

    So yes.

    You'll do yourself a favor and forget everything you know about Skyrim, you'll just be let down when you expect/want the same sandbox experience.
