Zenimax, please change Khajiit's health regeneration passive

The passive is considered the worst passive in the game since release and is far from useful on the Khajiit race, in fact, far from useful on -any- race except maybe Argonians. I would suggest something that would compliment the Khajiit in terms of physical combat as that seems to be what they are meant to be.

Isn't it 30% hp recovery? I might have it completely wrong but I assumed that was useful for a class that would generally be melee?

Not as useful as the melee passives that other races get in terms of melee combat.
