Hirelings work for each character on account?

If I'm playing three characters, can I have all of them get the blacksmith hireling skill and receive 3 different 'mails' with supplies every 24 hours? I have two characters going right now, and activated the hirelings for both, but so far I'm only getting one per day.

Amarynth✭✭✭You should get them for both characters, but you have to log on with each character in order to receive them.0

✭✭✭✭✭The initial emails should show up not long after you assign the points, then 24 hours after that they are ready. Then they are on a 24 hour cycle for each character, based on the last time you logged into them if you skip a day.
I try to have all my synced so once a day I can log into all characters and get all the emails at one shot. I do this by skipping a day, or not logging into the Hireling mules for a day.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
