Do you only get the mount on one character? Because I created 3 characters but only one has the mount. Any ideas?

You should be able to buy it from the stables for 1 gold.

I couldn't find the stable where I could buy the mount for 1 gold. I found a stable in Stone fall but there wasn't any mounts for 1 gold. Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciate. Thanks.PSN - SGTDIDO2280

If you created an Imperial character, hold down touchpad and mount will appear.
If you created any other race, go under Collections and hit X to select Imperial Horse. Then you can hold down touchpad and mount will appear.
No need to go to stables except to feed horse for stamina, capacity, and speed gains.
