Since the last patch, I and several guildies have experienced major issues with latency spikes (high as 12 seconds, in some cases), client server disconnect - where the world 'pauses' except for your movement and later catches up (usually resulting in death), general nonresponsiveness, and rubber banding.
The latency has been in group dungeons (Vet DC, Shada's Tear, Vet DSA), when accessing vendors, when accessing the bank and just in general.
The client/server disconnects have been experienced by one or more of our four-man groups. During the engine guardian fight, for instance, I was not receiving any heals while remaining party members were, though standing in the same location. At one point, I was hit by the lighting attack. I was still upright and mobile on my screen. On my group members' screen I was a moving pile of ash he was trying to rez.
Shada's and VDSA showed similar circumstance, where one or more players would appear stationary and not active on 3 members' screens while the fourth member showed the opposite - no movement of any kind except for his own. When the sync finally happened, multiple damage sources would usually register at once, usually resulting in death.
We had several instances of lag and slow/non-response. Interactables also failed (such as the fires in Round 2 VDSA), not even registering as an option.
We have not had this kind of issue since the "Battle the Devs" event on the PTS with the introduction of 1.6/Crown store.
It's happening on multiple systems in different locations. Usual gambit has been tried, repairs, reboots, etc.

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS
