I bought this trash game via digital dl on Xbox One and I've apparently paid $60 to stare at a black loading screen all day long. All my friends who don't have this problem have all progressed through the game so far that I can't even play with them or I die in 5 min and get sent back to a loading screen that will likely kick me out of the game. When that's not happening I'm getting kicked because of server errors. Is there anyway to get my money back or atleat get a hand job for my troubles?

I have the same issue and when i contacted customer service they tried to tell me it was my Xbox or my internet connection... I have 75/75 internet thru version and 700gb estra storage... I get placed in a queue and it says approximate wait time 1 second for 20-30 mins before I say f*ck it and close the game..great way for them to scam money off of people.0

When the last expansion of World of Warcraft was released, it was the same thing.
I was in a queue, with a position of about 30,000 in front of me.

The game was laggy for a few weeks, then settled down.
I logged on just to check out the queue times.
Everyone that has experience with new expansions KNOWS you don't plan on doing anything in the game for the first week or two.
Bugs, unexpected loads, tweaks, mini-patches, mini-updates, servers going up and down while they work to resolve the issues.
I'm glad to see people playing the game but it really feels you guys are expecting an MMO to behave like a frickin single player first person shooter.[Hard Mode Dungeoneers] is recruiting all players of all levels for this new Guild.
THIS IS A NEW-BUT-GROWING GUILD. We are focused on doing vet pledges, vet dungeons, getting achieves, & doing hard mode bosses.
Most active GMT+10 (Australia time zone) in the afternoon Mon-Fri and all day Sat/Sun.

I can log in just fine, just reached lvl 10. you've got to give them time to fix it, and they will fix it, of course they will to think other wise is ***. this game is going to be here for a while0 -

Honestly they should have erred on the side of caution. They should have added servers and then taken away what was unneeded.What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.

Honestly they should have erred on the side of caution. They should have added servers and then taken away what was unneeded.
Didja think that maybe, just maybe they considered doing just that, ran a CBA and decided it wasn't worth it?
They've already taken you into consideration.

I'm sure that's what they did. The number of lost players and possible lost revenue from not being able to log in costs less than adding another server.
