ESO ignores nvidia control panel settings

I tried to get some more anti-aliasing using the Nvidia control panel since ESO's anti-aliasing is quite frankly lackluster, as well as turned AF to 16x and Texture filtering to High quality, etc. Nothing works. I can't get it to take any effect, whether I set it in Global Settings tab or Program Settings tab. I also noticed that Ambient Occlusion and FXAA are disabled for ESO under Program Settings. What's the deal here, is there any way to make this work? Thanks in advance.

ESO and many games have some sort of lock on specific settings on a driver level. Using a program called nvidiainspector you can disable these locks and customize your game a tad more. I will warn you, you can ruin your game or driver using it so be sure to follow guides and tutorials if you're not sure on what your are doing. I use an Nvidia GeForce GT 755m using the program I mentioned above for ESO and at least for me it seems to work. If you are already playing on max and a resolution of 1600 X 900 or above there may not be a very noticeable difference. Good Luck

Thanks much, I've used Nvidiainspector in the past, didn't know if it would work on this. I'll give it a go.
