I've been away for over a year, so I've downloaded the client...

... and logged in. After logging in, the client takes me to a random scene from the game with the "wheel" spinning in the lower right corner. And I never get any further. Music plays, but the wheel keeps spinning and it never takes me to character select. I've added eso.exe and the launcher to the firewall allow list, so I'm not sure what to try next. Does it usually take a long time to log on? This is on a PC, by the way.

✭It may take a few minutes the first time you try to get to character select. Give it a while, however if it's taking very very long time, restart the client.0 -
