Greetings, I like many other hopefuls begrudgingly played on the EU mega server because the NA was down from launch. I didn't think it was a big deal I figured if make best use of my time and at least upgrade to the imperial edition through the crowns store, however it only saved on the EU server and not NA. The two help tickets I've submitted have received automatic responses to contact Microsoft billing, which is not where the issue is. I don't want a refund, I just want to play an imperial on the NA server. Any help would be appreciated.

if you can log into the NA server create another character. you should have everything from the imperial edition. I have one character on the EU sever and 2 on the NA .

I can log in on the NA server, however there is no option for the imperial race and the mount and pet also are not available on my NA character. The EU server however is allowing me to create an Imperial. It's frustrating.

I have the same exact issue. My tickets haven't been answered either and I've contacted Microsoft support. All Microsoft support did was direct me to talk to ESO support. It turns out that the servers are completely seperate and stuff you buy from the Euro server doesn't carry over to the NA server. If there were any warnings available to notify us of that prior to the purchase then I would chalk this up to we should have paid better attention. However, there wasn't and we both wasted 2100 crowns on something we won't be able to use. Hopefully, once things settle down customer service can remedy this somehow.

Anything purchased from the crown store stays on the megaserver which it was purchased from.

Can I upgrade from a Standard Edition to an Imperial Edition whenever I want?

    Updated 03/30/2015 02:00 PM Published 01/28/2014 09:53 AM

All customers who have purchased the Standard Edition can upgrade to the Imperial Edition in the in-game Crown Store. This will allow them to receive the exclusive collection of in-game rewards.

Please note that the benefits associated with the Imperial Edition upgrade will only be made available for characters on the same megaserver (NA or EU) on which it was initially purchased. For example, players who purchased the Imperial Edition upgrade from the Crown Store while logged into a character on the NA megaserver would not receive the upgrade for their characters on the EU megaserver as well.

This was pulled from the support section of the ESO site here.

Sweet, nothing like paying twice as much for the same content because the NA server failed to launch. But thank you at least for the response. I couldn't find that information anywhere.
