    It can feel that way sometimes. It just has a set of rules we're not used to. Take the time to look over the code of conduct. It's much more specific than the TOS. I had to after I had so many warnings I was getting nervous.

    Actually they are fine at letting topics with constructive criticism in them develop and often respond. It is trolling and off topic discussion they crush to try and promote healthy discussions.

    Big time. There is some good info in there though, but dissenting opinion is buried FAST. So ya, you can say more, but it gets buried.

    Most if the time is not what people are saying but how they are saying it, I see plenty of posts in the forums that do not shine a nice light on ESO, but they are not making personal attacks on fellow players or staff or using profanity to get their point across.
