I used to play the PC ESO but transferred over to PS4. Back when I was playing the racial motif books would fetch me some decent starting coin. So on the PS4 I found one by level 4. But I can't figure out how to tell in zone that I WTS, but I don't think there is without the chat.. There's no auction houses except a from guilds. So is there any other way to sell the item to Player's? Is there a generic auction house I'm missing?
