Is it possible to upgrade all skills to the max on one character? I seem to get one point for every rank, am I right in saying there's only 50 levels? There is more than 50 upgrades? So how would it be possible to upgrade all skills to max?

You can get another 300 skill points or so from: quests ,dungeons, pvp,Vet ranks and skishards.
That is still not enough to get absolutely anything but more than enough for any build and crafting you may want to do.

theres more than 300 skillpoints in the game
you cant get EVERY skill and passive unlocked and morphed, but close to, otherwise respec and u can respend skillpoints

330-340 Skillpoints aviable.
500 Points req. for anything skilled and Morphed (included Emp and WW/Vamp)

Find Skyshards!

Get 3 of those and you get one skill point.

Skill points come from all over the place:
Leveling your character, up to level 50. (49 Skill Points)
Gaining Veteran Ranks, up to Veteran14. (13 Skill Points)
Completing quests in the main quest. (10 Skill Points)
Completing quest chains in the Dominion, Covenant, Pact, and Coldharbour main stories. (49 Skill Points)
Absorbing skyshards. (113 Skill Points)
Ranking up in the alliance war. (50 Skill Points)
Completing group challenges in public dungeons. (16 Skill Points)
Completing group dungeons. (16 Skill Points)
Completing veteran dungeons. (8 Skill Points)
