Hello, simply put. I have no idea how to claim my imperial horse. I redeemed the code in the PS Store and I have the other Imperial perks but I have no idea how to activate my horse. Has anyone else had this problem or am I simply missing something here...?

lsg1990✭Hi thanks, I can see it in my "Mounts" under "Collections" but it doesn't give me an option to use it. Just 'Back' or 'Rename'... This is strange. Unless I have to be a certain level before I can use it or complete a certain task?0

NadiusMaximus✭✭✭✭✭On pc you had to go to the stable and buy it. It didn't just show up, you had to buy it for 1 gold. Then it was yours forever.0 -

Tried that. No option for my horse. Just other horses in the region of 10k plus.
Anyone else with he same issue or should I raise it with ESO.
PS - I've checked the Crown Store and it confirms I have redeemed the Imperial Digital Edition etc.0 -
Xitius✭@lsg1990 I bought the Imperial upgrade using crowns so it may be different if you purchased it r in the Playstation store but everything unlocked automatically for me, on PS4 you hold the touchpad button to mount up with your "active" mount one other suggestion before posting in support forum is to double check you've downloaded the add on content to your console and make sure to restart your game entirely, hope this helps 1 -

thought maybe they just gave it to you so hit the mount button and it says no mount
back to the stable
still no 1g horse but option to feed is there
paid 250 for feed for a horse that I never bought and hit mount button and I had a horse0 -

cph1972✭You don't need to go to the stable to get the imperial horse anymore - it's already set up and ready to use. Just use the mount button in an area where mounting is allowed (i.e. outside).
The fact that you can buy feed shows that you have an active horse. On the XB1 you press and hold the select button (to the left of the xbox button) just check the controller layout in the options to see what it is for PS4.
If the mount doesn't appear go to your collections tab and make sure the imperial horse is selected as the default mount. It should be anyway and was for me.0 -

I would assume you should just be able to press X (PS4) or A (XB1) to activate it. For anyone else having this issue if none of those instructions help there is a known issue of the imperial items or explorers pack items not showing up for all current known issues follow the link below
