I understand the support team are busy but I have bought a game that I spend a lot of money on and have been looking forward to playing for a long time, I contacted them not long after the game launched in the UK and apart from a pointless generic email I have no help with this issue. Even in the servers posts there has been no mention of this issue and I know looking at this forum and others I am not the only one suffering this issue. I would just like to ply the game I have paid for.
