Lost about a hours worth of gameplay

I could live with been kicked out of the game after playing for a bit or waiting in queue to get in the game but i just randomly got kicked out of the game and unlike all the other times where my game was saved to that point this time i lost about a hours worth of gameplay and that i just cant keep going through

Its called a "rollback". Happens when the server crashes usually. This is another thing happens in ALL mmos and not just this one. We feel your pain over here lol.
