Crafting Writ Danel Telleno Bug

The quest says to talk to either Danel Telleno or Millenith about crafting writ certification.

I spoke with Danel Telleno first but it does not progress the quest any further and all talking options just tell you about each of the crafts he will certify. You have to speak with Millenith first, and then choose the option to talk to Danel Telleno. You cannot just go to one or the other. It must be Millenith first.

    Well I made the mistake (though shouldn't be) of talking to Danel Teleno first and started the 'Provisioner' certification, only to find that once I had found the recipe for 'roast Pig', Danel dissapeared, his marker was (and still is) in the nearby Tavern but no sign of him, I then tried to find Millenith but encountered the same problem, marker present but NPC GONE!,tried abandoning the quest but now I cannot find either still and no way of getting my crafting with the free training?
    I am right handed on my left hands day off and vice versa!

    I've had that issue a lot. "Go refine the Jute!" and I refine it... but it doesn't count. Have to log out, log back in, find more Jute, do it again and see if it takes.

    this happened to me, & when I found him back at the Mage's Guild & walked up to him... he RAN AWAY!
    ...well, he ran right to where the marker was in the tavern, and then I could continue the quest.

    Thanks for that!, Yeah well so far I have ran back and forth 5 or 6 times and he still hasn't shown, looks like I will have to log out, shut down, restart and then log back in, what a performance just for one small quest!!! I might have to put this on the shelf since I know this is happening with a lot of NPC's either that or just stick to an area where I can just grind until I'm bored to death!

    Writs are a great source of Provisioning Ingredients/Recipes, Enchanting Runes and Alchemy Ingredients. You get back way more than you put in. They can also be a great source of money.

    Equipment writs are good too, but they use a lot of mats compared to what you get back. At low levels, a 100 stack will do 3 to 5 writs, at higher levels, less. At the highest level it takes a 100 stack to do an Equipment Writ
