Is there any way to switch to a second weapon or skill bar or is this impossible on PS4?

I too am searching for help in hot to swap my skills/abilities bar. I was transferred from pc to ps4 and cannot find the option to do so. On the pc version I had the option. Any help would be appreciated. tia0 -

✭✭✭✭✭@femtecb16_ESO I can't remember the button (heck, I have to look at the controller to know where square is) but there IS a way to weapon swap, I just can't remember for the life of my. Tap buttons, hold buttons down.. I'm pretty sure it was a 1 button thing..
