You have a few things wrong. I could actually block MORE before 1.6.
You have to be pretty good to pull this kind of setup off, not just anyone can.
Anyway, you said you'd fight me again, because I wanted to prove I can kill you quicker than last time. Don't back out this time, and let's do this?
BTW did you finally figure this out? Late to the "parti" is correct, like another guy said. lol.

Yea, this set pretty much became bread and butter of a lot of Medium Armor Block Builds (and Medium Armor Block builds were far better in 1.5 and earlier) when they upped the dot back when they updated all the sets in what? 1.3 or 1.4?
Its been used for a very long time for stamina based block builds.
The only reason its not used as much anymore is because 2 hander/bow builds kind of took over, and they added a range requirement on the dot.

Its a really good build for group and small scale
Kosmoko runs stuff like this haha Its really strong combo it with nirn and its a pain verse melee magicka builds.
Now there's someone here who can see this build. This
will be the next FOTM until they hit it again with nerf hammer.

I am updated to all types of build. I know it last time when this set ruled
PVP. They nerf it, but it never left. With the shadow walker set, nirn,
and block expertise it was revived again. The Twins are coming back,
and they hit hard! Go try for yourself, Twin sister gears are 1k a piece only.

Killed the Unkillable? If you can pull to win in 1 vs 100,
maybe you will have a 1% chance to kill Sheliza.
