Pre ordered TESOTU and got nothing. No pre order bonus. No imperial either

I have pre ordered and got the regular edition. I have a few friends with the same problem. Is this happening anyone else? Could you please look into it for us. I can give you their psn names too. Apart from all that great game and much smoother launch than I expected. I still can play the game but I want a horse.

I pre order too, when you were in the game did you try pressing and holding down on the touch pad? If not then try that as that is how you summon your horse

Same thing for me too I pre-ordered Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Imperial Edition and didn't get any of the items at all. Glad to know theres other people having the same problem as me.

Did you guys go into your collections screen or mail screen? I pre-ordered through the PS store and when I got out of the beginning tutorial area, went into collections/mail (can't remember which) and it was there.

For the horse I am pretty sure you have to go to a Stable and purchase it for 1 gold.

You used to have to buy it before they added the "Collections" feature. Now the Imperial Horse should be in the Collections screen and you just need to set it as active.

Yea I tried everything. Even deleted and reinstalled after. Still nothing. No horse in stable either for 1 gold.any word on a fix coming out.

I have the physical imperial edition, entered the code for the imperial content and it went through, but its not there in game, I also bought crowns which havent showed up in game either, I hope they fix this soon, I already had to pick a nord over imperial...

Hi there!
I pre ordered the game as well, and nothing came! But after incremental patch 1.00.5 (the most recent patch for Xbox and PS4) the Things that came with pre ordering the game came. Maybe you need to update the game?
