New player - need a clear Answer please

Hi guys, I see quests scattered around all over the map it's far too easy to pick em up..
Problem is even though I am enjoying them all the markets are all the same..

black triangle new quest
White triangle quest your working on

I think...

But how do I distinguish what are Side quests from Campain quests? Do they have different markers?


Please correct me if I'm wrong I want to be able to enjoy my main story and my side quests

    Your quest jounral will say if they are Main quest or other.

    black triangle - quest you didnt take or are not focusing (on PC at least). Open your quest screen and see what quests are zone quests, guild quests and main quests. Mind you Main quests are rare and yuo just cant miss them. They start by asking you to go to harbourage.
