In starting cities in the aldmeri ( auridon ) the frame rate falls very much that it is no fun.( some other city also )
anchors ore open dungeon whith lots of peopel no problem .

so problem = to many peopel ath same place ore somting diferent ?

    Yes too many people at the same place. It will iron itself out with time when people spread out more.
