Started my account on the European server last night since I couldn't get through on the North American sever. So went to start a new character on the NA server and can't get passed the part where is says "enter the undercroft" anybody else having this issue? Could I transfer my character from the European sever to the North American sever?

and to answer your other question...transfers from one server to another is not possible anymore as far as I know. It was a one time only thing for players who wanted the console version originally but because it was pushed back ZOS made sure that they were able to play on their system of choice eventually. 0
