Pblm pack Explorer with link account

hi my brother and i we linked our Xbox and he bought the game on his account on his console i get the game but not the pack when i start the game it says to me i have the packs installed but i don t have it on the game for ex i have just 3 race to choose instead of the 9 that the explorer pack propose thx for help

Same issue, don't think it's going to work that way. Especially if they fix it for everyone else, and we still can't use it. I think they made to where it's only Xbox specific. Could be wrong I don't really know.
