I discovered bow normal attacks and abilities can be silenced WTF ? Is that a bug or is working as intented or another glitch just ignored by ZOS ? Also bow damage is low compared to two handed weapon is it scale with spell damage or something ???

also got 1933 weapon damage with two handed 1722 with bow why ?
