Installing on Xbox from Account Transfer Deal

There was a post placed at the top with the others at the top describing what to do for the transfer and now it's gone. Not sure why it would disappear on the day of the release, but if someone could tell me how to download with my pre-purchase code I would appreciate it.

Go into billing and look for the $20 purchase. Below is the code for Xbox or ps4 that needs to be entered using your console or the console website-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

retyler3_ESO✭✭✭Thanks @NewBlacksmurf I have the code, but when I try to "purchase" the game on the Xbox all I am prompted for is to pay for my order. I am not prompted to enter the code.

Look at the left of the screen and go down to select enter code
Then select enter digit code-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
