XBOX One. Unable to name character or type in any box.
I just tried to create a character. However, after going through all the steps ok upto naming the charater I was unable to progress further due to no 'keyboard' coming up when I selected the box with the A button. The cursor was present in the box. The only other other was the B button to go back.
I therefore thought the account linking might have been corrupted so I unlinked my account via online. However when trying to re-link the accont, when I get to the section to input my USERID and PASSWORD i am unable to due to a lack of a 'keyboard' again... just the boxes with the cursor that I can jusmp between but unable to type anything in them.
Any suggestions?

It was doing the same thing to me, but I have a USB keyboard plugged into my Xbox and I was able to just type in the User ID and password fields with my keyboard0 -
I also have a USB keyboard but this wasn't working either. However, I fixed the probelm by removig and then re-instaling the game last night.0
