When Will The PC Users Get A Giveaway?

So I was reading the console launch and new trailer announcement and I noticed that the console and only the console players are getting a giveaway on the 15th of this month a mere 6 days after they went live. To date I don't think the PC players have had one if I'm wrong please let me know, but I don't think I am. I want some real world items the table top book would be great for my coffee table, and the Molag Bal statue would look great on my desk
BTW I'm being greedy not complaining much.
