Why do people call the OP silly for fighting against the odds is beyond me. You don't get better if you don't and you'll never have the feeling of winning against far superior numbers.
So...you took on a larger group with a ton of healers and you lost.
I play in small groups and even solo a lot, and I would've been in sneak and avoided this group or called in for more help.
I don't understand how this is noteworthy.
Actually, it's pretty amazing you lived as long as you did especially with no group to coordinate with.
-But- you can't expect to rush into the middle of 8 guys and live.
Furthermore, generalizing about an entire faction is lazy and incorrect. Not everyone in EP plays like this, and I've encountered plenty of groups who play like this from DC and AD. (Yes, I play EP.)
I hate seeing people complain about not being able to take on bigger groups alone, or with one or two randoms who happen by. These guys are probably in a group, coordinating on TS, and they're not exploiting anything from anything I can tell, it's just a bigger group that is focused on healing.
Use your tools and your situational skills. Ranged for one. Try to drag them apart and burst down one at a time. Just because you only want to use one tactic doesn't mean it should work in every situation. They fought defensively, and you ran into their defenses...
