It's time that you fixed technical issues with trials

Last night we were trying to do Hel'Ra, we reset it about 10 times, in about 8 of those runs we had players disconnect, players get stuck at load screens on the door before the final boss, random crashes and large lag spikes. Technical glitches exhaust guild's strong efforts and consign well played runs to the whims of bad coding.
Your game has been out over a year; it is time you take responsibility for these problems. Stop blaming players who have excellent computers and properly configured routers and fix these problems that are on your end. The level of frustration just trying to get off a glitch-free run is almost enough to make one want to quit your game.

same with AA weekly you cant get through it with out disconnects and the lag was terrible !

✭We had an issue similar to this in Vet Elden Hollow over the weekend as well. Once player fell off ledge at final boss and couldn't zone through the portal. He relogged and got stuck in infinite loading screen. Eventually worked out about 20 minutes later.

✭These things happen in every trial and many vet dungeons. The trials are my biggest concern since there is a modestly competitive element to them, and the RNG of crashes really frustrates whole guilds.“Whatever.”

There have been issues with trials from day 1. They fixed some and made new ones. Half the battle on a speed run is just making sure everyone gets to the final boss without a dc or lag or some other random issues. We can only hope 1 day well have a bug free trial.
