Can't get ingame..

Hey,
I have the problem that I can't get ingame.
After selecting a charakter the game keeps loading with no result..
2-10secs into the loading screen the circle stops spinning or disappears
and thats it.. I sill can click and move my mouse but I cant get past that
loading screen.

I tryed repairing and reinstalling, I also disabled any addon I had.

Please help.

i had sort of this problem - turned out that i needed to set my graphics option to 'Fullscreen' (dont use Windowed-Fullscreen...this is the issue)

So you're stuck at a loading screen? Am I reading that right? You're not crashing to desktop or something like that?

So far, my solution has been patience. Just let it sit. Sometimes, like the first time after patch day, I have to let it sit for quite some time before it finally loads. After that they take maybe thirty seconds or so at most, but that first time after a patch can be five or ten minutes.

@Glurin yes Im stuck in a loadingscreen without a crash.

Well that did not help...
I tryed for 1 1/2 hour

Let me redescribe the problem
I can select my character
after that I land at the loadingscreen
first the circle spins and after a while
the circle stops spinning but
I still can click arround

I don't think that it is a crash if I can move my mouse and click on the screen
without getting any "programm stopped" notification

Long loading screens can sometimes be caused by a connection issue with the game, and antivirus programs can sometimes be the cause of this issue.

Each antivirus program is different, and we recommend that players view the developer's website for full instructions on how to add exceptions. The two application files that may require exceptions are:

Bethesda.net_launcher: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenimaxOnline\Launcher

ESO.exe:
North American megaserver: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenimaxOnline\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\
European megaserver: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenimaxOnline\The Elder Scrolls Online EU\game\client\

Some antivirus programs require entire folders to be selected instead of a single file. When this is the case, the file path below is what players should use. Please remember to include any subfolders if the antivirus program requests them since every file is critical to successfully running the game:

North American megaserver: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\
European megaserver: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online EU\

Players may need to restart their computers for the changes to take effect.

Sadly it didn't help, I don't even have a antivirus program.

I have been playing ESO for quiet some, Im allready high lvl.
The last time I played was when the crwon store came out and
after that I was inactive.. got kicked out of my guild and yeah since
then I can't get ingame any more.

I have exactly the same problem. As i pressed the leave guild button the game was freezing, and i can't get ingame now. I can choose character but after that i stay on the loading screen and the game freezes. No antivir, no firewall, game files repaired, no addons, i do not know what to do now.

Delete the following file and try again - sometimes this helps with the loading screen that never ends

\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\SavedVariables\ZO_Ingame.lua

I have already done it, no help. What i'm going to do now, downloading/installing german language files, i hope it takes me back again.

Okay, i found solution and I'm back in the game. After downloading the German language files i was able to get back into the game, quit all the guilds i was member, logged out, changed back to English in the launcher and everything seems to be normal like before.
