On May 8 I bought the Account Copy for PS4, my wife did the same. After the purchase, on the billing history link on my account page, it shows the purchase for $20.00. My wife's does as well.

So I received my email on May 8 stating:

ESOTU Imperial Edition for PS4 with account copy

Your PC/Mac account for The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited™ will be transferred to the PlayStation®4. Your characters (in the same state), items (equipped to characters, in the inventory, and in the bank) will be copied at the time of the transfer. Please note that once the account copy is complete, any further character progress will not be shared between the PC/Mac and PlayStation®4. You will be sent an email confirmation once the copy has been completed.

Please note the following aspects of a game account are not included with the transfer: in-game mail, guilds, friends list, ignore list, Trial leaderboard status, AvA leaderboard status, and crown balance.

Then I received an email on May 21 stating:

Thank you for purchasing The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited™ for Console with account copy.

Your account will be copied from PC/Mac to console on June 1, 2015, at 10AM EDT. Shortly after your account is copied from PC/Mac to the console of your choice, you will receive your digital game code for The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited.

Then on June 1 I received this email:

Thank you for purchasing The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited™ with account copy. We're happy to let you know that your account copy is complete. From this point forward, your two accounts will not share any progression or items.

We will be sending your digital code for The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited on June 8th. We understand the desire to download the game on your console of choice earlier. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a code to pre-load due to console limitations.

Why am I writing all this?

Even though both my wife and I show the purchase under our separate billing history links, I am the only one who received these emails, she has not. And yes, after countless emails over the past month to ESO Support, we have checked her spam folder and everything. We have kept all known email addresses from ESO and ESO Support from being swept away in filters...still nothing.

We are worried she will not receive the game code either, with no ability to pre load, and perhaps days of waiting after launch because the only answer we get from ESO Support is "I'm sure everything will be fine, we see the purchase and account rights to the copy in our system and on your account"....


Any rays of hope out there? Has this happened to others out there?
