Keen eye: Treasure chest (Legerdemain)

With the upcoming release of console version, and the fact that there will be no addons, it would be nice to see a new skill line for treasure finding(pc have HarvestMap). While crafting materials have the Keen eye skill to help you find them more easily without need of addons, chests on the world does no have any associated skill.

Of course it wouldn't be glow, cause if you see the glow, you probably can see the chest too as is big enough for this.. Maybe a message on the screen "you sense something precious around you" when you are x meters away from a chest? And then you begin searching for it, behind rocks or trees...

Or something else I cannot think about now :). Just a minor suggestion that will make the Legerdemain skill line even more interesting.

No one's forcing you to play on a console, your choice.

Since I detest Justice with a passion I won't support any additional incentive for people to play this immersion-breaking content.

I think this would be great :) I love looting and finding hidden treasure! I also play with a few visually impaired players and something like this could help them immensely, as keen eye already does.

I am fine with finding treasure chests on my own. I do not need an add on while I am playing on console. I believe the only skill lines that should add to the justice system is the Thieves guild and Dark Brotherhood skill lines.

@KerinKor I think you missed the point of op post and what do you have against the Justice system it nothing immersion breaking about it since you can play the game without even doing it.

Because wandering round friendly towns littered with the corpses of innocent civilians murdered by sociopaths makes for a world one can immerse oneself in, right?

Don't worry. There are back up pods that replace those corpses with clones. That's normal right?

The lore breaking aspect referred to is: While they go through explaining the death and rebirth cycle of a soul shriven to account for players dying and coming back, the assumption is that only the players are soul shriven. Given that the majority of the population can be targeted and killed and eventually just comes back, are they also (I.E. lore-wise the player isn't so special)?

I had hoped that if they were going to support random slaughter it'd be in a place where it'd make sense like Shivering Isles.
Due to a typo in the system, the area was accosted by the Daedric Prince Moar Lag Brawls.

Never said I am forced to play..never. And I don't know why we are discussing the justice system..My thread is about a way to track chests on the world. The reason i mentioned the Legerdemain skill line is because i dont see where else such a skill will fit.

So this thread is about an easy way to track chests in the world, something like keen eye for materials
