I know eso going to take this down because it doesnt server eso in a positive manner.. even tho its the truth.
I am not trying to be bashful or nasty to eso.

What ESO began, in the beginning made the made the game and they stoppped it.
Continues new content. All the games that succeed find a way to make that happen on a non-stop basis.
Eso basically decided its wise to make it a stop-basis.

If you new to this game, its obviously gonna be new.. but just wait give it probably 3 months and u will quit.

Really thoroughly disappointed.

MMORPG.com is a good home for disgruntled mmo players that can't find a good game to play. I would suggest going there after leaving here. I'm sorry that you don't enjoy the game anymore. I hope you find something better soon. Goodbye.

You need to edit your title, it's a let down for you.

    Many others love it.

Most of my TESO guild also loved GTA , I hated it, that doesn't make it a bad game though.

The grammar aside, it's kind of hard to even read what you're writing OP.

Back on topic before it's locked, the game isn't a let down, ZOS and their atrocious project management and asinine business decisions are the let downs. The game is fun as hell; ZOS has just consistently been prioritizing the wrong things pretty much since launch. Honestly, I have fun in ESO in SPITE of ZOS, not because of what they're doing for players.

There is no, I repeat NO, f2p or b2p mmo that has frequently produced new content that is almost entirely non-cashshop content. Slower development is the price for no subscription requirement. There is new content on the horizon, at some point, but it's going to be a little farther off owing to console release.

    Also, what @Zheg said.

ESO had and still has something truly amazing at its core. What is that is hard to tell but it is the thing that kept me coming back even if some of the issues would make me leave and forget any game instantly..It is actually quite sad to see what ZOS made out of this this game at this moment.

I think ZOS is waiting with new content because during "welcome back" weekend it got alot of old-new players. They want to let them catch up on game and then release new content. Because otherwise they might see complains from those players that "they cant access new content because its for high lvls only"

But whatever ZOS will do people will always complain about something they do, or something they didnt do.

How are us forum crybabies changing the whole perspective of the game and the direction it's heading? Are you referring to the Champion System?

You're a leader of a guild and you post this unintelligible rant? Not a good advert for joining Yakuza United is it?

If you are saying, and it's very hard to be sure, that all the successful games add new content all the time then you are very sorely mistaken. MMOs will never keep up with content demand. The Witcher 3 came out a couple of weeks ago, there are people that have already done well over 100 hours and finished it, how would you suggest any MMO dev team add 50 hours of content a week? When you get a bit bored move to another game then come back later.

They had months and months pf PC players paying a sub -- almost no new content was released outside of Craglorn... which was in the works before the game even launched. Instead we paid to beta test a game with mind boggling flaws that made it hard to see it as an MMO.

This game is was and always will be an utter disappointment with the large majority. Everything was handled poorly. Instancing, quests, public dungeons, loot distribution -- Hands down made this least social 'MMO' I have ever played.

This should never have launched in the state it did, at the price it did, for as long as it did. If B2P leads to even slower development, I expect no new content at all to come out -- or be in the form of one yearly overpriced expansion.

    Yawn starman is straw.
Worlds of difference between no content for almost a year, and having small sidebstuff to do for fun, ya know like the horse racing they're planning in adding .....barbershop they still havent got to.
Yet they can fins time for cash store stuff .... Wonder why that is ....hmmm

Also dont forget as per zos "none of the dlc is done yet, WERE NOT just SITTING on it to sell afyer console "..... Rofl what ever ya gotta tell yourself (or fans ) i guess xD

I have been I think the hardest on ZoS and how they have handled the game and players. The game isn't dead yet and far from it, right now I call it growing pains. Everything about this game will change once the first big update hits after the console release. Whether it be Imp City or something else. That is where the game will live or die and where most of us decide to stay or go. They MUST fix a lot of the bugs that have been here from start (LFG is one) along with new content that they have had finished but wanted to wait and sell us.

Wonder how many of you have noticed the small changes they have done with the early quests in the game. It is small but essential on how we look at the game. Couple of quests took me a while to find the guy to end the quest because the pin wasn't where the guy was suppose to be on the map (just used this as example), even the dialog was tweaked and made the quest make more sense along with the on going storyline. They have been fixing the game granted a lot that you wouldn't see if you didn't repeat the storyline. So it has been giving me hope for the next big content patch and actually starting to get a little excited about it.

Yes in all my past posts I have said I wasn't going to support the game but for some reason my card comes out and I renew it just so I can support them during this rough time (rough for players). I'm keeping the faith and praying the game hits that point where it goes gang busters and people love the changes that may come I hope soon.

After QuakeCon we were all so hopeful. We had some problems with the game, but ZOS seemed to listen and showed some great work they wanted to do based on our feedback - removing veteran ranks, introducing the champion and a full justice system, the imperial city finally shaping up, new content zones with Wrothgar and Murkmire including tons of new armors and weapons, SPELLCRAFTING, etc. pp. Everything felt like ESO had a bright future ahead, and that we would get everything we hoped for, seeing all the benefits we expected from a subscription based payment model.
Then the updates came more slowly, information was sparse, and they announced B2P.
Everything is in ruins since then.
