Im new to the game, How it works?
Example... If i want the best gear possible but i dont wanna run trials... Impossible? Do i need trials to get the best sets and weapons like wow with raids? Some other way?

✭"Best gear" is highly subjective.
You can do great with just a set of crafted gear and some set jewelry.
Depending on the class/role, you can get a lot of this on the cheap, from non-"high end trials".
This game is very forgiving towards people gearing up, and makes crafting a great means of acquiring worth-while items.0 -

✭✭Allmost all usefull sets are bind on equip and can be traded with other players. So as long as you have enough money you won't need to do trials / PvP to get good gear.0 -

In other words, if i want just damage, crit, etc... and not special set bonuses, i can get crafted gear with same quality as trials?

Honestly... most trial gear is garbage....
You can craft superior (in many cases) sets to what you get from trials.1
