Huh? These are all the same thing. Programming is developing. Bugs are errors in the code caused by mistakes made by the programmer, i.e. bad programming by a developer.

One evening I have barely any issue aside from loading NPCs and stuff. Another night, bam, skill input lock, lag which isn't truly lag (fps and latency are fine). Point is - I don't complain or bug report anymore and I believe many people may be in the same boat as me.
I am going to try out a fresh install though. There might be some old code lingering.
What's wrong with this game?
I have heavy lag issues even in PvE, even in the morning. I have tonns of lag spikes, snips tucks, abilities not working.
And it gets worser and worser with every patch.
The game can't be named stable.
And that's not my issue, I've changed PC and 3 cities.
I hate console launch and I hope it'll be fine and ZOS will tun their attention to PC game AT LAST.

The invisible attack-free barriers are apparently one-way only, as they generally have no issue killing you.Two patches ago, I noticed enemies were starting to move themselves through walls and locked cell doors and while they were able to attack you, you would not be able to attack them. I got lucky with this guy and was able to kill him today. It's because your the wrong class, mate. If you were Sorc you could do it with ease. Just login:
I give you "SORC: Greater Necromantic Leviation."(In case you can't see it, that's me about 30' above the banker in Vulkel Guard. The death thing is merely a technicality.)
A couple of my other characters tried it, but they just end up in the new DLC Adventure zone, the mire under the effing city:If it continues to happen, I'm going to send feedback recommending they institute a new slash command /StuckAgain.
Now this one's different. I get the inverse of that. My VR14 w basically every craft, skill, and passive morphed and maxed, cannot craft armor or weapons...Not even a Level 1 (not VR1) dagger or boots.I even get this strange one a few times where almost every weapon in my inventory is listed in red and I cannot use, even though I am the required level to be able to use it. It happens with armor as well.
Have the mats, have the required skills - they even highlight and let me add more to up the level/value. No option to create ever comes up.
I can make you some soup, and add it to a vial that will give you three different potion effects. If it's too hot, I can even add a Legendary Glyph of soup cooling.
Just don't ask me to make you a spoon.
Beyond that, I ran with a total of 6 people yesterday. Three of them crashed 5 times in a matter of hours, one getting stuck in a moving forward animation. We considered having her bronzed.
This is beyond ridiculous at this point. Looking at the shear size of the patch notes and the number of long term things they fixed, there is absolutely no reason for these kinds of things.
And, to save all of you the trouble, it's not my video card or the machine. I rebooted my router, changed the batteries on my mouse. I even reversed the network cable between my computer and router, you know, just in case I had them plugged into the wrong ends...Figure I'd save CS the trouble of asking me.
What server do you play on?
I am on the NA server and play mostly at night after 6pm Eastern Standard Time and I see people complaining about these sorts of things all the time. At least 4 times a night and in different zones as well. Especially when the lag spikes start.
However, a lot of people are beyond the point of complaining about it or even trying to show ZOS there is an issue. They have just packed their bags and left ESO for other games, like Witcher 3.

I have to revise my posting... since yesterday, it's again the hell on earth. The crash rate was a bit higher, but today it was also freezing twice within not even 5 minutes. In my case, the memory NEVER releases the excess when this happens, I only can forcequit the game in the taskmanager and restart the whole thing.
What I also noticed since yesterday is that the fps drops randomly, more than ever. While doing the Northpoint quest about 2 hours ago, everything worked fine and I could move around like normal, and the moment I came out of the castle to turn in the quest, it dropped to under 10 (TEN!) and stayed like this until I later restarted due to a crash. The framerate was never in a high range on my end, but at least I could move without getting a headache. Now I almost need a bucket when I keep watching this misery on the screen.

Yep, I've played since "launch" last April and I have decided, this game blows.
