I bought the xbox one transfer to console by accident. I meant to buy the Ps4 transfer as that is the console that I play.

I'm sorry to say that we are unable to exchange this on our end, and the transfer offer ended yesterday, May 9. However, I can issue a refund on the Xbox One transfer purchase that you made if you would like. Please let me know if you would like a refund on that and I'll be happy to get that processed for you.

I have been playing this game for a very long time and the amount of time/effort I am going to lose will probably make me quit this game. A refund does not allow me to play with my friends, are there any other options to transfer my current Xbox one transfer to a ps4? I understand this was a mistake on my part but this will not only affect me but the group of guys I have been with since release, anything you can do?
