I bought the xbox one transfer to console by accident. I meant to buy the Ps4 transfer as that is the console that I play.

I'm sorry to say that we are unable to exchange this on our end, and the transfer offer ended yesterday, May 9. However, I can issue a refund on the Xbox One transfer purchase that you made if you would like. Please let me know if you would like a refund on that and I'll be happy to get that processed for you.

I have been playing this game for a very long time and the amount of time/effort I am going to lose will probably make me quit this game. A refund does not allow me to play with my friends, are there any other options to transfer my current Xbox one transfer to a ps4? I understand this was a mistake on my part but this will not only affect me but the group of guys I have been with since release, anything you can do?

    Well seems kind of obvious from response one what is happening you get a refund. You need move beyond yourself and think of all the work that goes into transferring one just one account from of to console. If you decide to quit because YOU made a mistake not Zos. Then that is your choice and not fault of Zos, they gave a deadline for transfers and you missed it as have a number of people even though you purchased the wrong transfer. You also probably haven't received a second response because they are very very busy with the console release being so close and have already given you a response.

    When I search for Elder Scrolls in my e-mail which contains all folders......the latest reply I have received is the 28th of May in regards to a different issue. Can you or anyone resend or post it here......Im desperate to have an answer at this point.

    -This is the last e-mail I have received from support. I just triple checked every corner of my e-mail. By checking my account page I guess I can assume it cant be transferred because I still show an xbox one transfer yes?

    I don't know. On this one I'd side with the OP.

    Technically the product was "TESO:TU for Console with account copy." Given that it was only a day later and some debit and credit sales would have still been pending at the time, it shouldn't have been that hard for customer support to contact billing and adjust the payment to pending so it could be credited toward PS4 and not Xbox. Chalk it up as an administrative error. Happens all the time in the world of intangible goods.

    Not putting that option on the table immediately is what made this a technical puzzle. Within 24 hours would have been a cinch to modify. Weeks later, after the copy, it's not going to be possible.

    They're hoping you cave and ask for the refund because there's really nothing they can do at this point. And they'll probably lose a customer out of it. But it's also worth noting that on any purchase, read, double-read, and triple-read the information before you confirm your payment. That way you're never in a position to drive all the way back to the store or deal with weeks of amateurish customer service.

    In the short term you probably feel screwed. In the long term, you're probably much better off finding a different game to play.
