Vampire and Werewolf - Achievement Only

So, as I struggle to find something to do in ESO as I await more content, I wonder how feasible it is to grab vampire and werewolf just to go for the achievements. I don't have time for group content, and I'm VR13 (so no Craglorn grinds for me). I wish I did, because it seems really fun, but my play time is too sporadic.
So is it possible to get one of these, finish the quest lines, and be cured. Rinse and repeat for the other. Is there an area at my level I could even level up the skills? Or just a giant waste of time?

✭✭Very easy.
As a comparison at VR14 I got bitten by a werewolf, did the quest and was up to WW rank 10 within an hour, you just need to know where to grind it, the "better" spots can do it in 2-4 hours pretty easily, best <1 hour.
I'm a fellow Achievement hunter so I did what you did, get WW, cure, get Vampirism, cure, and then go back to WW for the stamina regen bonus.
I'd recommend doing it, 120 AP is a decent amount and the dyes are nice.3 -
traigusb14_ESO2✭✭✭✭✭Yeah if you can get the bites it is very fast at VR... even if you spend 0 points in the tree (some skills make WW last longer for example).
Randomly got bit in bangkori the other day, so decided to grind out WW. Moved to reaper's march (im EP so that's my VR10) and had level 8 in an hour. Haven't bothered to finish because i'm doing other things to get ready for console transfer.
Probably take longer to get bites than to level them.1
